With the general availability of Microsoft Forms Pro, it comes as no surprise that Voice of the customer is going to be deprecated and replaced. Forms Pro will provide seamless integration for surveys within Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Office 365. With this announcement, it is suggested that businesses start moving away from the voice of the customer solution and replace any surveys with the new Forms Pro solution.
